Canvas Border Wraps

The wrap is essentially the area along the sides of the canvas.

Types of border edging finishes you can choose from, such as:

Gallery Wrap (the sides of the frame as a continuation of the image)
Solid Color Wrap (the sides are a solid color of your choice)
Mirror Wrap (the sides are a mirror of your image)

Gallery Wrap

Gallery/Image wraps use your uploaded artwork to wrap around the edges of the canvas. This wrap border option is the most common border option, and gives a beautiful professional look to your canvas print. The wrapped canvas print is simply a print where the canvas is stretched over a support frame (usually wooden) and “wrapped” to secure at the back. Gallery wrapped canvas prints fold neatly away to the sides, so you’re left with a clean finish and an art-gallery-style print. The edges of the print are covered in canvas fabric and are usually a continuation of your printed image.

Solid Color Wrap

Black wraps use the color black as the base color for the front and side of the canvas. White wraps use the color white as the base color for the side of the canvas. Instead of wrapping the image around the edge, this option adds a solid color on the border edge of your canvas. When you order your canvas print online, you can select any color to match your room decor or image print. This option is great if you have limited space on your image and still want a professional gallery style canvas print.

Prefer another colour?

If you would like to have another colour on the sides of the canvas to match a colour in the image, all you need to do is use the colour picker tool beside the colour black and move it over to the image to get a match on the colour you would prefer. There is no extra cost for this option.

Mirror Wrap

Mirror wrap is where the sides are a mirror of your image. This is similar to gallery wrap, but instead of wrapping the edge of the image around the frame, the image is mirrored to provide extra space. This border option is great when your image doesn't have much room to stretch around the edge, but be weary that people or objects close to the edge may be mirrored onto the border.
