We have a 30-day return policy for our framed wall art hangings, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, so if you receive a print from us which is faulty or damaged we will replace it free of charge and without delay.

Please quote your order number to assist with finding your order for proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once received back to us, you should expect to have your new order within 10 days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Although we’re sure that you will be delighted with your purchase, we appreciate that sometimes accidents happen during the shipping process. We aim to help you as much as possible and make this process as easy for you as possible!
Although Sadie Wall Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, we still want to help you so you have the best experience. If you received your order damaged, we may get you to contact the shipment carrier and also us directly to let us know. Obviously we don’t want you to be disappointed by receiving a damaged order, but sometimes accidents can happen in transit.
If you are returning your framed wall art item to us, it must be returned to us in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. We recommend taking photos & including them in emails & correspondence to myself & the shipping provider.
All damage must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Cancellations And Changes after Printing has Begun
As we manufacture to order, unfortunately we’re unable to cancel or make changes (including print selection and size) once your order has been placed.
Please take your time to select the perfect print for your space or even contact us to help with advice if you need a second opinion.
Up and until your order has been dispatched, we can update your email and shipping address if required. As we endeavour to send orders as quickly as possible, requests for address changes need to be made as soon as you can.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your framed wall art order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately we do not refund, but are more than happy to replace your framed wall art item or give you a store credit. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be sent a replacement article of your order on your original payment method within 10 business days.
